Ord. No. 7975, §§ 4—6, adopted September 9, 1985, revoked §§ 11-1—11-3 in their entirety. Former §§ 11-1 and 11-2 were concerned with the control, elevation and tampering with Hog Bayou levee and spillway, and derived from Ord. No. 7161, adopted October 9, 1963. Former § 11-3 was concerned with regulation of the use of Bayou D' Arbonne, and derived from Ord. No. 7109, adopted April 12, 1961.
