§ 11-36. Operating committee created; chairman.

An operating committee is created to assist the Ouachita Parish police jury in operating, maintaining and generally supervising Cheniere Lake, and is to consist of seven (7) members, one of who [whom] shall be selected as chairman to serve at the pleasure of the committee.
