§ 11-41. Penalties.

Any person or persons violating the provisions, or any part thereof, including the rules and regulations established and promulgated for the use, operation and maintenance of Cheniere Lake and its adjoining properties, of this article, shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or confinement in the parish jail of not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
