§ 12-1. Established; location; branches and bookmobiles.

A public library is hereby created and established in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, to be known as the Ouachita Parish Public Library, which library is to be located at Monroe, Louisiana, the parish site, with full power and authority to establish and maintain branch libraries and bookmobiles, as the public interest may require.
