§ 12-18. Joint commission created.

For the purpose of administering this agreement and of operating, maintaining and supporting said library, the police jury of the Parish of Ouachita, hereby agrees with the police juries of the parishes of Caldwell, Concordia, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Richland, Tensas, Union and West Carroll, to create a joint commission to be known as the "Trail Blazer Library System Board of Commissions" which shall have all the powers and duties authorized by law and contained in this agreement.
