§ 12-21. Administration; control of materials.

The Ouachita Parish public library shall function as the library center for the system. As such it shall serve as the administrative center and house the system staff. The library materials of the Ouachita Parish public library shall constitute the library center collection. The system director shall be appointed by the system board of commissioners, with the endorsement of the director of the Ouachita Parish public library and the state librarian. Space allotted to the director and staff of the system will be allotted on approval of the director of the Ouachita Parish public library and its board of control; the use of the library materials and collection of the Ouachita Parish public library system by the Trail Blazer System shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the said Ouachita Parish public library.
