§ 12-24. Employees of system; exchange of materials.

The director of the Trail Blazer Library System shall appoint and employ assistant librarians and other employees of the system and fix their compensation with and subject to the advice and endorsement of the board of commissioners and the director of the Ouachita Parish public library. The director of the Trail Blazer Library System shall have authority to execute contracts with the libraries of Northeast Louisiana University, Louisiana Tech University and Grambling College and any other library system for interlibrary loan services.
