§ 13-12. Procedures for inspection, collection, enforcement; state laws adopted by reference.

The procedures for inspection, collection, enforcement and the obtaining of information on which licenses levied hereunder shall be predicated, shall be those set forth in Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 47, Sections 341-363, as amended, and all other applicable laws of Louisiana, and said sections and statutes are hereby adopted and made applicable to the Parish of Ouachita by reference and to the same extent as if written herein in extenso.
