§ 13-13. Legal action to enforce collection of delinquent taxes.

After due and proper notice in writing by the collector to any taxpayer hereunder that the taxpayer is delinquent in the payment of his taxes, the parish attorney or attorney appointed to assist the tax collector for Ouachita Parish shall take such legal action as is necessary to enforce collection of said delinquent taxes.
