§ 13-16. Exemption of small business.

Any person, firm, or corporation who otherwise is required under the terms of this section to apply for and pay a license fee and who has gross receipts of less than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for the previous year, shall be exempt from the requirement of payment of a license fee.
