§ 13-2. Occupational license tax levied.

There is hereby levied an annual occupational license tax upon each person who may be subject to such license tax under the constitution and laws of Louisiana, pursuing and conducting any business within the limits of the parish but outside the corporate limits of any incorporated municipality therein.
