§ 13-6. Separate license for each business place; transfer of license; transfer fee.

Any person operating more than one place of business within the limits of the parish, but outside the corporate limits of any incorporated municipality, therein, shall pay a separate license for each place of business so operated. Occupational licenses may be transferred to a subsequent location and such transfer must be reported to the tax collector within one week of transfer. A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) is hereby levied to cover the transfer cost, payable to the tax collector.
