§ 13-7. Collection procedure.

The procedure for the collection of license taxes levied herein and to ascertain the amount due the Parish of Ouachita, and the penalties, costs and attorney's fees to be imposed upon and collected from delinquents hereunder are hereby declared and ordained to be the same as now or hereafter provided by the Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 47, Sections 341-363, as amended, and all other applicable laws of Louisiana, for the collection and enforcement of taxes.
