§ 14-3. Parking on courthouse grounds.

(a)

Prohibited. The parking of vehicles of any type or nature on any part or portion of grounds of the parish courthouse is hereby prohibited.

(b)

Exception. This section shall not apply to the parking of vehicles for the purpose of loading or unloading supplies, materials, etc., for the use of any office of the courthouse is hereby prohibited.

(c)

Penalty. Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than ten dollars ($10.00).
