§ 15-1. Contractors doing work affecting parish; bonds, permit required.

All contractors, general or otherwise, will be required to post a bond considered plausible by the engineer of the job being done when work involves the Parish of Ouachita in any way, including roads, ditches, and rights-of-way; also a permit must be issued by the parish engineer before such work can be started. Plans or details will be furnished the parish engineer upon request by said engineer.
