§ 15-14. Speed limit.

Bayou DeSiard West of Levee Drive Dam to Ouachita River:
(1)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor boat or vessel on that portion of Bayou DeSiard between the Levee Drive Dam westward to its confluence with the Ouachita River in excess of three (3) miles per hour or idle speed.

(2)

Any person or persons who violate this section shall be fined by a sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned for a term in the parish jail not to exceed ten (10) days, or both.
