§ 17-50. Meetings of committee; notice; quorum.

A quorum for a meeting of the aforesaid board shall be five (5) of its members, providing due notice of the committee's meeting has been given all members of the committee; the committee shall meet at least once in every quarter or every three (3) months on a day, and at a time and place to be fixed by the chairman of the committee. Due notice of each meeting shall be given each member in writing at least ten (10) days prior to each meeting.
