§ 18-1. P. Rayfield Brown III Park.

(a)

Prohibited activities. The following activities be, and hereby are, prohibited in P. Rayfield Brown III Park:

(1)

Possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages in the park;

(2)

Being present in the park between sunset and sunrise;

(3)

Intentionally damaging or destroying park property;

(4)

Bringing glass containers into the park;

(5)

Using profane or obscene language in the park;

(6)

Playing any automobile radio/stereo, portable radio/stereo, or similar device in the park at a volume level high enough to interfere with the enjoyment of the park by others; and

(7)

Loitering by adults who are not engaged in the supervision of a child or children using the park.

(b)

Penalties. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) or ordered to perform not more than twenty-five (25) hours of community service, or both.
