§ 19-8. Defacing bridges, culverts.

(a)

Prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to deface by painting, carving, chipping, cutting or otherwise marking, injuring or molesting any bridges or culverts within the Parish of Ouachita.

(b)

Penalty. Any act of defacing, marking or molesting as above set forth on the part of any person, firm or corporation shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by fine or imprisonment not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or one hundred (100) days in the parish jail, subject to road duty, and not less than ten dollars ($10.00) or ten (10) days in the parish jail, subject to road duty.
