§ 1-23. Parish-owned public buildings to be smoke-free.

All buildings owned by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury be and hereby are declared to be smoke-free. Appropriate signs shall be posted in all buildings indicating that smoking of tobacco products is prohibited.
