§ 1-24. Removal from board/commission for nonattendance.

Each board and commission created by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury or whose members are appointed by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury shall have the discretion to recommend to the Ouachita Parish Police Jury the removal of a member for nonattendance, either by majority vote of the members thereof, or by the chairman of the commission.
