§ 2½-2. Purpose and intent.

In order to insure that quality ambulance service is available to all residents of Ouachita Parish, this chapter is intended to provide for the license of a sole licensed provider for all ambulance service in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, and to provide for the uniform regulation of ambulance service throughout Ouachita Parish.
