§ 2½-16. Organization and quorum of the board.

The board shall elect, at its first meeting, and annually thereafter, a chairman, a vice chairman and a secretary from its membership. The term of each officer shall be for one (1) year with eligibility for reelection. Three (3) members of the board shall constitute a quorum for all purposes.
