§ 20-10. Created; boundaries.

There is hereby created a fire protection district, the boundaries of which to include all of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, except within boundaries of the City of Monroe and the City of West Monroe.

Editor's note

Ord. No. 8061, adopted March 2, 1987, extended the boundaries of the Fire Protection District No. One to include the Town of Sterlington.
