Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by Sections 1051 and 1067, inclusive, of Title 46 of the Louisiana Revised
Statutes of 1950 (R.S. 46:1051 to R.S. 46:1067, inclusive), a hospital service district is hereby created within the Parish
of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, which hospital service district shall comprise and embrace all of that territory within Police
Jury Ward No. 5 of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, as presently constituted.
