The domicile of said hospital service district is hereby designated as the City of West Monroe, Louisiana, which domicile
is within the corporate limits of the said hospital service district, and the said commissioners shall meet at the city hall,
West Monroe, Louisiana, on July 19, 1951 at 7:30 p.m. and shall then and there proceed to organize in accordance with the
provisions of Sections 1051 and 1067, inclusive, of Title 46 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 (R.S. 46:1051 to R.S.
46:1067, inclusive).
