The said drainage district hereby created shall be known and is hereby designated as "Town and Country Drainage District,"
and as thus created shall constitute a body corporate in law and a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, and as
such, shall have all the rights, powers and privileges granted and conferred by the Constitution and Statutes of the State
of Louisiana, including the authority to incur debts, to issue bonds and to levy taxes.
