Acting under the authority of Part 1, Chapter 6, Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, and other constitutional
and statutory authority supplemental thereto, there be and there is hereby created a drainage district within the Parish of
Ouachita, State of Louisiana, which shall comprise and embrace all of the lands within the boundaries of the property described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto [on file] and made a part hereof.
