In accordance with the provision of Louisiana R.S. 48:1301, et seq., the hereinabove road lighting district may be financed
by an ad valorem tax on the taxable property set forth therein, all without cost to the Police Jury of Ouachita Parish, provided,
however, that any tax levied for this purpose shall not exceed the statutory maximum in any one (1) year, and/or by the levy
of an annual service charge, all to be approved by a majority of the electors of the district at a duly called election.
