There is hereby created a road lighting district, which shall be known as "Road Lighting District No. 14 of the Parish of
Ouachita," lying within this parish comprising Parkwood II Estates, Unit No. One, of the Parish of Ouachita, as per the records
of the clerk of court's office of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana.
