§ 20-123. Created; named; boundaries.

  • There is hereby created a road lighting district, which shall be known as "Road Lighting District No. 4 of the Parish of Ouachita," lying within this Parish, and including all of Charmingdale Subdivision Units One and Two as recorded in Ouachita Parish, and being more particularly described as follows:

    From the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 16 North, Range 4 East, run South 89° 51½′ East a distance of 483.24 feet along the North line of Section 6 to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and the North line of said Section 6; thence South 31° 42′ West along the Easterly right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad a distance of 117.36 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence East along the North line of Charmingdale Subdivision Units One and Two, said line being 100 feet South of the parallel to the North line of Sections 4, 5 and 6, Township 16 North, Range 4 East, for a distance of 10,541.22 feet; thence South and Southwesterly along the Easterly boundary of Charmingdale Subdivision, Unit Two for a distance of 3,630.58 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Harmon Johnson Road, said boundary being 150 feet Easterly and parallel to the Easterly right-of-way line of Oakdale Boulevard; thence Northwesterly and Westerly along the Northerly right-of-way line of the Harmon Johnson Road for a distance of 8,511.24 feet to a point 150 feet West of the West right-of-way line of Avondale Drive; thence North a distance of 1,130.79 feet; thence West a distance of 1,669.43 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence North 31° 42′ East along the Easterly right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad a distance of 1,431.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
