§ 20-170.19. Title; powers.

The said sewerage district shall be known and is hereby designated as "Sewerage District No. 10 of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana," and as thus created shall constitute a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, and shall have all the powers and privileges granted by the construction and statutes of this state to such subdivisions, including the authority to incur debt, to issue bonds, and to levy taxes and assessments.
