§ 20-170.24. Supervisors.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 3887 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 (R.S. 33:3887), the following named persons, each possess qualifications required by law, be and they are hereby appointed supervisors of said sewerage district:

Mr. James L. Doss, 209 Raymond Drive.

(2)

Mr. Hutson Howell, 417 Raymond Drive.

(3)

Mrs. Helen Joseph, 423 Raymond Drive.

(4)

Mr. Don Walker, 407 Raymond Drive.

(5)

Mr. William Brodie, 325 Raymond Drive.

The said supervisors hereby appointed shall constitute a board of supervisors of Hideaway Road Sewerage District No. 11 of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, having all the powers and privileges granted and deferred by the constitution and statutes of the State of Louisiana, during the terms of office and until the successors are duly appointed and have qualified.
