§ 20-170.26. Created; Boundaries.

Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by Chapter 9 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a sewerage district be and the same is hereby created within the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, which sewerage district shall comprise and embrace all that territory described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
