§ 20-170.28. Supervisors.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 3887 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 (R.S. 33:3887), the following named persons, each possessing the qualifications required by law, be and they are hereby appointed supervisors of said sewerage district:

Mr. Paul Mallett, Rt. 5, Box 266, Monroe, LA 71203.

(2)

Mr. Forest "Buddy" Arnold, 109 Margaret Dr., Monroe, LA 71203.

(3)

Mr. Al Woods, 407 Connie Lynn Dr., Monroe, LA 71203.

(4)

Mr. Edward Ritter, 507 Connie Lynn Dr., Monroe, LA 71203.

Mr. A. L. Embanato, Rt. 5, Box 353, Monroe, LA 71203.

The said supervisors hereby appointed shall constitute a board of supervisors of Rowland Road Sewerage District No. 12 of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, having all the powers and privileges granted and conferred by the constitution and statutes of the State of Louisiana, during the terms of office and until the successors are duly appointed and have qualified. The terms of office for members of the board of supervisors shall be for three (3) years.
