§ 20-170.40. Supervisors.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 3887 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the members of the Ouachita Parish Police Jury shall serve as the board of supervisors of Northeast Ouachita Sewerage District No. 15 of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, having all the powers and privileges granted and conferred by the constitution and statutes of the State of Louisiana during their terms of office.
