Section 6 of Ord. No. 8708, adopted Dec. 17, 2001, provided for codification of §§ 1—4 of said ordinance as §§ 20-170.38—20-170.41. Inasmuch as there already exists such sections, the editor has redesignated the new provisions as §§ 2-170.46—20-170.49 to avoid duplication.
