A sewerage district is hereby created within the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, to be named and designated as the
Sterlington Sewerage District No. 1 which sewerage district shall be composed of and comprise all of the property included
within the boundaries herein described as follows, to wit:
Said district is in Sections 29 and 36, Township 20 North, Range 4 East, in Sterlington, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. The district
is composed of the Highland Subdivisions of Sterlington Plantation and includes all of Blocks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8A, 9, 10,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 and an additional tract of land which is contiguous to Blocks 3 and 5, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 11 of Block 5 which is the western corner of Block 5, run
southeastwardly along the southwestern line of Block 5 a distance of 150.00 feet; thence run southwestwardly perpendicular
to the southwestern line of Block 5 a distance of 250.00 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of Louisiana Highway
No. 11; thence run northwestwardly along said north right-of-way line to the east right-of-way line of the Louisiana Power
and Light Company's spur railroad track; thence run northwardly along the east right-of-way line of said spur track to the
south right-of-way line of the Old Sterlington-Monroe blacktop highway; thence run northeastwardly along the south right-of-way
line of said highway to the northwest corner of Block 3 of Highland Subdivision of Sterlington Plantation; thence southeastwardly
and southwestwardly along the boundaries of Block 3 and Block 5 to the point of beginning, all of which is shown on the plat
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
