§ 20-150. Appointment, term, powers of supervisors.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 3887 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes for 1950, as amended, three (3) persons, each possessing the qualifications required by law, are hereby appointed as supervisors of said sewerage district. Said supervisors hereby appointed shall constitute a board of supervisors of Unit No. One of North Monroe Subdivision Sewerage District No. One of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, and shall have all the powers and privileges granted and conferred by the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Louisiana during their term of office and until their successors are duly appointed and have qualified.
