The domicile of said sewerage district is hereby designated at 311 Holly Ridge Drive, which domicile is within the boundaries
of said sewerage district, and the board of supervisors hereby appointed shall meet at said domicile or at 1504 Stubbs Avenue,
Monroe, Louisiana, the parish seat of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, on the eighteenth day of September, 1962, at 7:30 p.m.,
and proceed to organize and elect its officers in the manner provided by law.
