§ 20-157. Created; boundaries.

Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by Sub-Part A, Part I, Chapter 9, Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, a sewerage district is hereby created within the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, which sewerage district shall be composed of territory outside the corporate limits of any municipality and shall comprise all of that territory within the following described boundaries, to-wit:

A certain parcel of ground situated in Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 5 East and Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 4 East and being more composed of the following tracts of land:

(1)

Lots 9, 13 and 14 of Meadow Lea Subdivision which is a subdivision of Tract 2 of the Rowland Farm in Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 5 East.

Lots 1 and 3 of Humphries Subdivision of a portion of Lot 1 and Lot H of Subdivision of Lots "A" and "H" of Forest Park Subdivision in Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 4 East.

(3)

Lots 1 through 34 of Eastwood Subdivision in Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 4 East and Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 5 East.

Parcel of ground situated in Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 4 East and Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 5 East being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 13 of Meadow Lea Subdivision in Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 5 East as the point of beginning; thence south 0° 11′ east along the west lot line of Lot 13 of Meadow Lea Subdivision a distance of 1321.65 feet; thence south 87° 23′ west a distance of 950.40 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 12 of Meadow Lea Subdivision; thence south 0° 10′ east along the west lot line of Lot 12, Meadow Lea Subdivision, a distance of 1321.65 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 12 of Meadow Lea Subdivision; thence south 88° 41′ west a distance of 165.46 feet; thence north 6° 03′ east a distance of 1059.74 feet; thence south 88° 41′ west a distance of 264.49 feet; thence south 0° 10′ east a distance of 801.17 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 34 of Eastwood Subdivision; thence south 88° 41′ west a distance of 582.01 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 29, Eastwood Subdivision; thence north 68° 44′ 40″ west a distance of 1889.37 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 12, Eastwood Subdivision; thence north 44° 44′ 40″ west a distance of 1121.03 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 1, Eastwood Subdivision, said point also being on the south right-of-way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad, thence south 72° 43′ west along the south right-of-way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad a distance of 168.37 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 1, Eastwood Subdivision; thence north 0° 07′ 40″ west a distance of 78.49 feet to the centerline of Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence north 72° 43′ east a distance of 2312.76 feet along the centerline of Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence north 62° 38′ east a distance of 322.01 feet; thence 83° 38′ east a distance of 165.70 feet to the south right-of-way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence north 87° 16′ east a distance of 1895.04 feet to the point of beginning, less and except the land lying within the Missouri Pacific Railroad.
