§ 20-159. Appointment, term, powers of supervisors.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 3887 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes for 1950, as amended, Houston P. Morris, Delton F. Smith, and William DeLoach, each possessing the qualifications required by law, are hereby appointed as supervisors of said sewerage district. Such supervisors hereby appointed shall constitute the board of supervisors of Eastwood Sewerage District No. One of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, and shall serve in their offices for a term of three (3) years or until their successors have been appointed and have qualified, having all of the powers and privileges granted and conferred by the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Louisiana during their terms of office and until their successors are duly appointed and have qualified.
