§ 20-161. Created; name.

Pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 33:3881, et seq., and pursuant to information obtained and a decision reached following a hearing conducted by this police jury legally called and held on January 14th and 21st, 1974, there is hereby created a sewerage district named and designated as "West Ouachita Sewerage District No. 5.
