§ 20-163. Political status; powers.

The aforesaid West Ouachita Sewerage District No. 5 as herein created shall constitute a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Louisiana and as such shall have all of the rights, powers and privileges granted and conferred by the constitution and laws of the State of Louisiana.
