§ 20-168.4. First board of supervisors.

The sewerage district aforesaid shall be governed by a board of supervisors composed of three (3) property taxpayers residing within the district. There is hereby appointed and the first board of supervisors shall consist of the following property taxpayers residing in the district:

Harry L. Brown;

Jerry Don Aulds;

John T. Grant, Jr.
