There is hereby created the "Southeast Sewerage District No. 3" composed of a portion of Ward Three more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point common to the intersection of the Buckhorn Bend Road and Raccoon Bayou; thence northwesterly along the
center line of said bayou to the northerly line of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 16, T17N, R4E; thence westerly along said
¼-¼ section line to the easterly line of Section 17, T17N, R4E; thence northerly along said section line to the northerly
line of the SE ¼ of Section 17, T17N, R4E; thence westerly along said ¼ section line to the center line of U.S. Highway 165;
thence northerly along the center line of said U.S. Highway 165 to its intersection with the center line of Winnsboro Road;
thence northwesterly along the center line of said Winnsboro Road to its intersection with the westerly line of the SE ¼ of
Section 6, T17N, R4E; thence southerly along said ¼ section line to the northerly line of Section 7, T17N, R4E; thence southerly
along the westerly line of the northeasterly ¼ of Section 7, T17N, R4E to the center line of Pine Bayou; thence southeasterly
along the center line of said bayou to the easterly line of Section 18, T17N, R4E; thence southerly along said section line
to the northerly line of Section 19, T17N, R4E; thence southerly along the easterly line of Section 19, T17N, R4E to the northerly
line of SE ¼ of NE ¼ of Section 19, T17N, R4E; thence westerly along said ¼-¼ section line to the westerly line of the E ½
of SE ¼ of NE ¼ of Section 19, T17N, R4E; thence southerly along said westerly line to the southerly line of NE ¼ of Section
19, T17N, R4E; thence easterly along said ½ section line to the easterly line of Section 19, T17N, R4E; thence southerly along
said easterly section line to the center line of the Buckhorn Bend Road; thence westerly along the center line of said Buckhorn
Bend Road to its intersection with the center line of Bayou Mouchoir De Lourse; thence southeasterly along the center line
of said bayou to the southerly line of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 30, T17N, R4E; thence easterly along the southerly line of said ¼-¼ section to the westerly line of Section 29, T17N, R4E; thence easterly along the southerly line of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 29, T17N, R4E to the westerly line of Section 28, T17N, R4E; thence northerly along said section line to the center line of the Buckhorn Bend Road; thence easterly along
the center line of said Buckhorn Bend Road to the point of beginning less and except that part which lies in the corporate
limits of the City of Monroe as of March 24, 1974, an area of 2,035 acres, more or less.
Less and except those areas within Southeast Sewerage District No. 3 which lie within the corporate limits of the Town of
Richwood as of July 22, 1985.
