§ 20-181. Created; boundaries.

There is hereby created a waterworks district lying within the Parish of Ouachita and State of Louisiana, and having its boundaries as follows:

Beginning at intersection of north line of Arkansas Road with the west line of North Seventh Street as per plat of H. M. McGuire's Highland Park, Unit No. 5, West Monroe, Louisiana; thence easterly along the north line of Arkansas Road to the west right-of-way line of the West Monroe levee; thence northerly along said right-of-way line to the end of levee on the north line of Block 42 of H. M. McGuire's Highland Park, Unit No. 8; thence westerly along the line, north, of said block 42 to the east line of Arlington Place; thence northerly along the east line of Arlington Place to the north line of Division Street in said Unit No. 8; thence westerly along the north line of Division Street and the westerly extension of said north line to the west line of White's Ferry Road; thence northerly along the west line of White's Ferry Road to the south line of Greenwood Street in H. M. McGuire's Highland Park, Unit No. 6; thence westerly along the south line of Greenwood Street and the extension of said south line to its intersection with the northerly extension of the east line of Hasley Cemetery; thence southerly along the east line of Hasley Cemetery and the extension thereof to the center line of Arkansas Road; thence westerly along the center line of Arkansas Road to the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 13 of Block 3 of the subdivisions of Blocks 1 and 3 of the Mauldin tract in Section Twenty-one, Township eighteen, North, Range Three East; thence westerly and southerly along the north boundaries and west boundaries and also along the southerly extension of the west boundary of Block 3 of said Mauldin tract to the north line of Wellerman Road; thence easterly along the north line of Wellerman Road to the east line of Warren Drive; thence southerly along the east line of Warren Drive to the north line of Claiborne Road of U. S. Highway No. 80; thence southeasterly across U. S. Highway No. 80 to an intersection of the south line of said highway with the center line of Bell Lane; thence southerly along the center line of Bell Lane to the center line of McMillan Road; thence easterly along the center line of McMillan Road to the west line of North Seventh Street; thence northerly along the west line of North Seventh Street to the point of beginning.
