In accordance with the provisions of R.S. 33:3813 of the State of Louisiana, the following persons are hereby named as waterworks
commissioners for said district, which said names are taken from those submitted to the police jury in the petition requesting
the creation of said district, to-wit: Jack Dew, 2403 Swiss Street, West Monroe, Louisiana; Elton H. Busbice, 1117 Short Street,
West Monroe, Louisiana; and Sam Orchard, 1105 Otis Street, West Monroe, Louisiana.
