§ 20-194. Commissioners; qualifications.

In accordance with the provisions of Sections 3812 and 3813 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 (R.S. 33:3812 and 33:3813):

Larry Bradley,

Robert Robinson, and

(5)

Ray Ansling

be and the same are hereby appointed as waterworks commissioners of said waterworks district to serve as provided by law, each of the said individuals hereby appointed being residents of said waterworks district and assessed with not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) worth of real estate in said waterworks district, as shown by the assessment roll of the Parish of Ouachita for the year 1984, same being the latest assessment roll completed, filed and of record at this time.
