Ord. of March 19, 1979, § 1, specifically amended the Code by repealing former Div. 4, §§ 20-202—20-206, which pertained to Eastwood Waterworks District No. 1. Said sections had been derived from Ord. No. 7155, §§ 1—5, adopted Aug. 14, 1963.
